Very Important Information
1. ALL ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE ON-LINE ATHLETIC REGISTRATION FOR EACH SPORT PLAYED
Register your family below. Use Google Chrome as your Internet Browser when accessing this website.
Reminder: All physicals must be submitted on these forms. This is mandated by MSHSAA. To ensure that your student athlete is ready to participate the first day of tryouts, please be sure to get all of these items done very early to avoid any delay. There will be e-mails sent out to all parents & students for each season of sports reminding everyone of what needs to be done. Please be on the look out for these e-mails about two months prior to the beginning of each season.

Returning users: Use the username and password your created during your first family registration. Once logged in, you may click on the "Register" dropdown and register an existing student or add a new student to your family account. Remember to add each sport for each season they will be playing sports. To select more than one sport in that season, hold CTRL and select the sports. Each student should register for a sport that they might be trying out for/playing in that season.
The form will auto populate the answers based from your previously submitted registration. Please review and update the answers such as insurance, medication, diagnoses, emergency contacts, phone numbers, etc. You may log in at any time to your family account if you need a copy of your student's physical packet.
2. GET A PHYSICAL EXAM
Per MSHSAA Bylaws 3.8.1 and 4.5.4 all students participating in athletics must have a PPE (Preparticipation Physical Examination) completed and on file the Activities Department before being allowed to participate. The Hannibal School District is also requiring students in certain activities to complete a Physical before participating. The Hannibal School District requires a new Physical ANNUALLY.

2023 MSHSAA Preparticipation Physical Forms
If a student intends to play sports for the Hannibal Pirates, they must have a valid MSHSAA Medical Eligibility Form (Page 5 of Physical) on file in the Activities Office prior to participation. Your MSHSAA Medical Eligibility Form (Page 5 of Physical) may be uploaded to your family athletic registration account. If you do not have a scanner available to upload a PDF of these forms, please bring the Medical Eligibility Form (Page 5 of Physical) to the Activities Office, in person, so that we can upload them to your student's registration account. Please keep a copy of the full packet for your records.

Per MSHSAA guidelines, a current PPE (physical form) that releases a student to participate in sports/activities must be on file with the Activities Department before the start of each season. The Hannibal School District requires that athletes and students participating in activities get a new physical before each school year (ANNUALLY).
All forms must be completed here on-line & your MSHSAA Medical Eligibility Form (Page 5 of Physical) uploaded or brought to the Activities Office.
3. COACHES AND PARENTS WILL RECEIVE A FINAL CLEARANCE EMAIL
Once a parent has submitted registration, and no additional information is needed, a final clearance email will be sent to the parents and the head coach. If additional information is needed, parents will receive an email stating what is needed to finalize the process.
